We ship our bicycles worldwide! Exact shipping costs and details can be found at the checkout when delivery details are entered in the system.
What are your shipping rates?
We ship daily from Rotterdam, The Netherlands
Shipping rates in most of Europe :
Standart Shipping Tracked 10,- EUR per order
Priority Shipping Tracked 20,- per order
Shipping rates in other Europe's parts:
(Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Andora, Guernsey, Jersey, San Marino)
Standart Shipping Tracked 25,- EUR per order
Priority Shipping Tracked 35,- per order
United States of America, Canada and Russia via UPS:
UPS Express Saver Shipping 50,- EUR
Rest of the world:
UPS Express Saver Shipping 100,- EUR

What is your Return Policy?
We strive to offer the most hassle free returns as possible.
If you are not satisfied with the product you have bought or ordered the wrong size, you can return it within 14 days from receiving the product.

Do you make balance wheels for your bicycles?
It may seem a weird question, but we get it asked frequently.
We do not encourage the use of balance wheels. They teach children bad balancing habits.
Giving a child to ride a balance bike beforehand actually teaches a child to balance.
We encourage all parents to avoid the use of balance wheels.
But just in case you still wish to use any for some reason - some models can be mounted. Technical specs of the wheels must be checked beforehand.
