Test A Bike
Do you wish to get your kid a Bungi Bungi bike, but you're not sure if it will be the right size? You don't have to worry about it! We strive to offer you the most hassle free exchange policy in the market.
If you have bought a bicycle from us and you come to realize it's the wrong size, you can exchange it within 14 days. Even if it's already been unpacked but still in perfect undamaged state we will collect the bicycle from you and send the right size. This service costs only 20Eur.*
Important things to remember:
Make sure to keep the original packaging as you will have to send it back like you received it.
Contact us if you wish to exchange the bicycle - we will make sure to organise the pickup at the most convenient time, when you can be present at home or work. Or we can send you a return label so you can drop the package off at the nearest UPS drop off point.
